This Privacy Policy describes how Capsule Kaiju: Toy Tower (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App.
The App does not require an account and does not collect or store any personally identifiable information on our own servers. Your game progress (score, coins, unlocked scenarios, player level) is saved locally on your device. The App does use third-party services — described below — that may collect limited technical data, including for advertising purposes.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including rewarded video ads and interstitial ads. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and process data such as:
Depending on your consent choices and region (including the EEA and UK), AdMob may serve either personalized or non-personalized ads. Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR), we present a consent message before showing ads so you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising and data collection for that purpose.

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games, the App uses Google Play Games Services to enable features such as leaderboards, saving progress to the cloud, or achievements. This is governed by Google’s own Privacy Policy and Play Games Services Terms.
In-app purchases (such as coins or removing ads) are processed through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details on how purchase data is handled.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information below so we can address it.
Locally saved game progress remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. We do not retain any personal data on our own servers, as we do not operate any. To request deletion of data collected by third-party services described above (such as your Google Advertising ID association), please refer to your device’s ad settings or Google’s own privacy controls.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
